Ingredients:
200 grams of artichokes in oil or vinegar
1 egg
50 grams of bacon
1 roll of puff pastry
diced cheese
cooking time: 15 minutes at 180 °

Take a roll of puff pastry and cut it into 4 parts
Take some baking cups and place the puff pastry on them
Fill the puff pastry with the previously prepared mixture
Add diced cheese (edamer or cheddar)
Close the ravioli by pulling the edges towards the center and mash well
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
Eat and enjoy!!!
