Lufthansa's First Class still has Caviar as a Starter. I was the only one who liked Caviar so I got almost the whole 250g of Caviar for myself. You can order your dinner/food anytime you want in the flight

After Dinner the Flight attendents prepared a bed for me in one of the empty First Class seats. I slept like a Stone for 7 hours and woke up perfectly refreshed 45 minutes prior to landing in Frankfurt . After Dinner I was so full, I took a little walk downstairs to the Business and Premium Economy Cabin.
