Boots on The Moon without SLS?
Boots on The Moon without SLS - Two options (at least).
Two HLS Starships and a Crew Dragon.
Launch to LEO on Crew Dragon. Transfer to HLS Starship.
Fly to the Moon, land, complete mission and launch to LLO.
Switch to second HLS Starship in lunar orbit and return to LEO.
Land on Crew Dragon.Falcon Heavy with Crew Dragon and one HLS Starship.
Launch on Falcon Heavy to send Crew Dragon direct to the Moon.
Board the waiting HLS Starship.
Land, complete mission and launch to LLO.
Transfer to Crew Dragon and return home.
(Crew Dragon would need some tweaking but probably no different than planned for the ISS deorbit)
Feel free to add your own variations to a Moon landing without SLS. What options have you considered?
