📱 Digital Minimalism 📱

It's very conflicting to be living in this digital age and trying to minimalise the amount of time spent on social media. One of my solutions is turning off almost all notifications on my phone. Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, Gmail = All turned off. I check apps based on my own terms and don't let those notifications dictate my life.
