¡Hola Hivers! Estoy de vuelta en formato de #video. Esta vez quiero contarles sobre mi primera clase de spinning. Siempre había sido espectadora, pero en esta oportunidad me anime a participar, porque el instructor de esta clase sería un amigo de la universidad.

Al principio pensé que no iba a aguantar la clase, pero me demostré a mi misma, que todo lo que camino todos los días me ha hecho resistente. Así que acompáñame a ver mi experiencia en este video.
