7 Minute Meditation With a Branch - Next To a River

Here's my first ever video without any words or music of any kind... just the sound of the river. And maybe an occasional footstep.

I found this branch down by the river a couple of days ago, and have greatly enjoyed meditating on it, exploring all the different ecosystems existing on it, noticing ever more details.
