PRIMERA PARTE DEL RETO DE LAS FLEXIONES POR @WHOISMOTA [ESP/ENG]

Hola amigos de la comunidad, Espero esten muy bien. En el dia de hoy vengo a traerles mi resultado en el reto de las 50 flexiones por 
@whoismota que por condiciones fisicas al momento no las pude cumplir mas que todo por el cansancio pero si llevaba buen tiempo para poderlas completar, Pero de igual forma no todo se logra al momento y por eso le traje la primera parte, Porque estare trayendo el segundo video pero cumpliendolo porque se que si lo podre lograr, Este reto consiste de muchisima resistencia en los brazos lo cual al momento solo me falto solo un poco, Les recomiendo antes estirarase y usar vendas para no lesionarse ya que es mucha explosividad, Sin mas que decir los dejo con el video.
