Monomad ~ Walking On The Waterfront
I head down to the waterfront for a long walk almost every day and of course, I'm always trying to make some good monochrome photos. Here are a few shots I hope you'll like.
The lighthouse in Active Pass at night, photographed from the upper deck of a BC Ferry.
A couple of small whale watching boats. I really have to go out on one of those things someday...
Looking towards the west shore you can see the seaplane terminal.
Here's a shot of one of the seaplanes which travel between Victoria and Vancouver. This is roughly a half-hour flight.
Victoria Fire & Rescue boats.
The V2V ferry, now out of business and looking for a new owner.
Victoria Harbour Patrol boats at Fisherman's Wharf.
