This is a terrible insect. This is a Caterpillar. This is a species of Orgyia dubia. In this season, this is a common insect in our area. Specially, as summer approaches, the most common insects we see here are caterpillars. Especially during summer we can see caterpillars of different sizes and species. However, no matter how beautiful these insects look, in reality these insects are very annoying or scary. Because when such insects touch our body, that part of our body starts itching and also that part gets swollen. Even if such insects walk on our clothes, our body swells.
Last couple of days ago I found this insect sitting on the leaves of wild tree. Its hairy looks strange and terrifying. It was of various colors and was a small insect to say the least. I did zoom photography though. Anyway it looks pretty but looks terrible to me. Because they become very terrible for the body. I have faced such problem before. Anyway it looked pretty cool so I did the photography.
