There is a proverb in Bengali, "Grow up in works and not in words!"

At present we have a tendency to say that we talk more than we do and we want to prove ourselves as smartness. But the external smartness is just to show people. Which we show in our dress-hope or appearance. It is only temporary. But the point amount of this smartness is not worth it! People do not value this smartness. Even if people don't say anything in front, they never value such smartness in the back, but criticize in a bad way.

But honestly, smartness is hidden in our work. If we can do our job properly and make ourselves known through work then that is the real smartness. Which people evaluate. If we are honest in our work and fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to us properly and do well then it increases our smartness and it is known to all as our good smart.

Truth be told, no matter how smart a man is through his looks or clothes! If he cheats on his work. Or if he fails to fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to him, then he is known as Akarma. Then his outer beauty made him smart, but he became known as unsmart. But if he does his duty properly or if he is honest in his own work or in any work and he does his duty properly then he is known as smartness.

Honestly, I have seen some office bearers who enter the office with smartness. But because they neglect their responsibilities, their colleagues or outsiders call them smart or call them bad language. They are even known in society as cheaters, butchers. But on the other hand many people look ugly but depending on their work many call them real smartness.
