Christmas Dish
To celebrate Christmas, our family prepared different dishes for noche buena which lasted until dinner of December 25.
I knew it will be a lot of meat so I added vegetables to the menu. Fresh green ice lettuce from my dad's garden, grated sugar beets, cucumber sliced into small cubes and grated carrots. I prepared garlic mayo and yoghurt for the sauce.
