❤️ Acro Flower with Maeley! ❤️
In today's video, I will be doing an acro flow with my friend Maeley! When we both started arco yoga, we were both flyers (the person on top). Now that we have had a couple years of experience doing acro yoga, we both now base (person on the bottom). It is fun to switch it up!
In this video, Maeley will be basing me. Check out her skills! We have both come a long way.
