Burr!!! It has been a chilly week in Sacramento. For fun, we decided to venture to Tahoe for the weekend! When it rains a lot in Sacramento, it means that it is snowing in Tahoe.

My friend Wasana and I came up with a fun acroyoga flow for you to enjoy!
