I was using another program which is most known one but last days it doesn't allow connections longer than 3minutes on free personal use version so I was searching for another one and I found UltraVNC. Its totally free and open source.
Using it is also simple and it has also many features that you need for remote connections like file transfer, chatting en so on.
It works on Windows systems and for an unattended access you need to configure a static IP address. For support purposes client need to give you access to his computer.
