Wine cellars in Kesztölc
I traveled on the weekends and visited the Pilis Mountains. My destination was Kesztölc, a charming little village not far from Esztergom. I’ve known for a long time how beautifully situated the village is, but I don’t know that there are plenty of vineyards around. And many beautiful, ancient cellars full of wine. Which is pretty lousy, because what it was made of was grown on dolomite rocks, not on volcanic soil. Fortunately, the wine tasting was lacking due to lack of interest. But the cellars are very beautiful. I'll show you a few.
