Kitchen Tales || Bone Steak
It was the celebration of Hari Raya Haji in the country and The Hubs decided he would wear the apron and cook one of his favourites as he had invited some friends over.
The Bone Steak is a very popular dish in Singapore (his mother's hometown). The recipe is from his cousin who helps his Dad cook for weddings.
We had these bones in the freezer from the last time we visited his cousin. So we are not entirely sure where we'd buy these bones, but I believe you can put in an order at the butchers.
It turned out pretty good.
