Epic 1 Footed Footstall
Ron & Epic work on a 1 Footed Footstall from a pedestal.
This position is not at all as pretzel-esque as it looks. It is just like sitting cross legged in a chair.
The hardest part is getting your upper body and hips in the right starting position.
