Can Bitcoin Break $100k Mark?

Currently, the leading crypto Bitcoin is experiencing a significant upward momentum and has recently reached an all-time high of approximately $89,000. At this point, Bitcoin is just placed at 11% away from the psychological milestone of $100,000.

According to analysts, this target could be achieved before the end of 2024, particularly following the recent United States presidential election results, which have spurred increased investor confidence in cryptos like Bitcoin.

The re-election of former president Donald Trump has been perceived positively by crypto investors for his pro-crypto stance. Analysts think that Donal Trump's administration may come up with more favorable crypto regulations which could promote investor sentiment and boost the prices.

The overall market dynamics are also favorable. The surge in the stablecoin market capitalization and significant inflows into Bitcoin ETFs are contributing to a bullish outlook. Shortly after the election results, Bitcoin EFT reportedly saw $1 billion in trading volume.

Technical analysis indicates strong buying interest, with indicators suggesting a continued bullish trend. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is currently above 70, showing that Bitcoin is in an overbought state, which often precedes further price surges during strong trends.

Many analysts are hopeful about Bitcoin's potential to surpass the $100,000 mark in the next months given its current trajectory and the factors at play. However, as with any investment in crypto, volatility remains a key consideration for investors.

Not financial advice.
