NEWBIES INITIATIVE TASK 5 REPORT (TEAM 1)

Hello everyone in the hive blockchain. I hope you’re all doing well and enjoying the weather wherever you are. Welcome to my blog.

I welcome you all to the 5th edition of the weekly team leader’s report. The fourth task of the newbies initiative is just as important as every other one. The fourth task of the newbies initiative is all about tribal tokens, tipping, and use of Beeswap for conversion. It is important that newbies have a full understanding of all these. I remember the first time a fellow hivean tipped me. I was really surprised. In fact, I found it funny because I didn't know what it was used for. Well, thanks to starstrings and the newbies initiative team I got to know the usefulness of tribal tokens and also how to tip.

I read @sperosamuel15’s and he said “Well, it was my first time hearing about Swap.Hive since I joined Hive (I guess Newbies programme is just a programme of discoveries)”. The program is indeed a programme of discoveries and I’m glad you guys are discovering new things.

As usual, the newbies were provided with important and useful materials that helped prepare them for the topic. We equipped them with the necessary tools even before the meeting. As usual, we had a meeting in the smile discord channel. Sadly, I was preoccupied with school work and was unable to join the meeting. Thankfully, my fellow team leaders @moremoney28 and @depressedfuckup were present. @ksam , an experienced and brilliant person was there to see that things went smoothly. Although I wasn’t there, I’m sure he made sure he taught them well.

I have 11 members in my team. 5 of them haven’t been active since the beginning of this program. The amazing thing is that the remaining 6 have been truly awesome! Although some of them missed out on the 5th task. I hope you guys stay strong till the end. As I said earlier, task 5 is all about tribal tokens, tipping, and use of beeswap to exchange on the blockchain. With the posts I’ve read, it is obvious that you guys understand the topic well.
