Work more than your salary!

How much salary do you receive for your current job?

Salary is compensation for what you do, and it is the price you receive for your competence and what you have done or will do.

But have you ever thought that you would get a higher salary if you did it better or produced more than what you were supposed to do? Or vice versa,

Have you ever thought that your salary should be reduced because you are not doing something well or because you are only able to produce less than you should?

Deserve yourself

If you receive a salary of $500,000, then work better, as if you were paid more than $500,000. Next, if you receive a salary of $1 million, then work better, as if you were paid more than $1 million. So on and so on.

The appropriateness of a person's income is not seen by how much salary they receive but by how sufficient their living needs are. Isn't it true that the higher a person's income, the higher their level of living needs?

Work even if you are not assessed

Someone who works better or someone who works beyond the work that should be valued higher than the salary they receive will certainly get more attention from policymakers, and they will all make an assessment of all their members.

If you don't get attention from them, keep doing better, stay grateful, and keep thanking. because out there, there are still many people who are not as lucky as you. Rest assured that all dedication will be reciprocated and appreciated.

There will be other people who will judge you

Be grateful that you still have a job and income. Keep doing your work with enthusiasm and all your heart. Keep working and doing everything the best way you can, and never quit your job, even though it's not fun for you at the moment. If you stop, then at that time there will be someone who will replace your position.

If your best work or extra dedication has not been reciprocated or is currently not appreciated by your boss, then rest assured that God will bring another boss who will appreciate you; perhaps you will be proposed to by another company or place to work.

Because when the time comes, someone will get a reward according to what they have worked for. People who do good will get good, and people who do bad will also get bad.
