Sugbo View from Tops Cebu
In the first week of June, we visited Cebu, and one of the sought-after places in Cebu right now is Tops. I have heard of this place several times before, especially back in college, but it never really came until I was out of Cebu. It's so ironic!
We visited it last year at night to see the city lights. I wanted to see the view during the day, so I asked my husband if we could go, and he said yes! This place has been renovated, and they did a great job in marketing it, as most of those people coming to Cebu would somehow aim to visit here. Last year's visit here, there were loads of people and that was dinner time, now that its early in the morning, I was still surprised that there were lots of tourists, there was even a group of foreigners!
Before coming here, we also visited Buwakan ni Alejandra. I will make a separate post about that, but for today, let me share the views I took using our zoom lens. It was not the best weather that day, and there were thick clouds, even some dark clouds signalling a coming rain!
So it was not a surprise to see the photos being hazy and dull. I tried my best to add contrast and dehaze the images. I am glad the software did its job and was able to restore some of those details.
