This video covers some of the fundamental aspects necessary to take into consideration prior to embarking on polysubstance use or what I term, substance stacking. I cover monomolecular versus multi-molecular substances and consumption timing. There are multitudes of facets to consider when taking multiple substances, plants, or fungi at the same time or within the same time frame.
