I need help with a problem with my adopted kitten, Garfield 🐱🐈

Hello, my dear cat lover and cat owner friends!

This is my first post in this community.

I’ve never had a cat before, just my dogs ​​and bunnies.
I don’t really know the habits of cats.

Then I will describe my problem.

A beautiful red cat appeared on the pine tree in our garden last July.
I was really scared when I saw it.
I have two husky dogs who don’t like cats.
Somehow I took the cat off the tree and transferred it to the top of the neighbor’s shed.
But this cat came every day, stopped at the roof of the neighbor’s shed, and looked at us and the husky dogs.

The husky dogs didn’t attack, didn’t bark, just stared at each other.
I wasn’t happy that this cat shows up every day and annoys the dogs.
And I was really scared, I didn’t want to be in trouble.
But this cat didn’t give up, he came to visit us every day, he got bolder.
And he always meowed, cried.
I thought maybe he was hungry.
But I knew that once we give him food, he will always come to us and stay here forever.
This kitten is very beautiful, I gave him the name Garfield, because I thought he was a male cat.
After a couple of weeks, we decided to give him food because he cried and meowed so much, I felt very sorry for him.
First, we put the canned cat food and dry food, fresh water on top of the neighbor’s shed.
He came closer and closer every day, already walking on the branches of the walnut tree and looking at us from there.
The walnut tree is near the terrace, I was always very afraid of her not falling to the ground because then the husky dogs would catch him.

We made him a kitten house, a safe place in the garden, and it turned out that she was a kitten girl.
She was very happy in the kitten's house, got straw, slept happily there all day in a warm, safe place.

She has been living with us for 4 months now, the dogs are used to her, but they are not friends yet.
A few days ago, when I went to her house to feed her, I found a black cat in the house, I quickly chased him away.
Since then, Garfield has not entered her house, sleeping on the roof of the shed.
We put a warm blanket on top of the shed because the nights are still frosty.
You can see on the photos, she feel good there.

I cleaned her house yesterday and put fresh straw in it.
I thought maybe she could smell the other cat.
But I didn’t succeed because Garfield pretends never to have lived in this house, she avoids it from afar.
Today my partner made her a new house, which we put in a completely different place, on top of our shed.
But she doesn't want to go to her new kitten house.
It lies only on the warm blanket outdoors, at the top of the shed.

Could someone who has more experience with cats help out what the problem might be?
