My Actifit Report Card: August 31 2023

It was such a beautiful day today. The sun was out but we had some clouds rolling through all day so it was as hot as it has been lately, it felt so nice in the shade. I took the dog walking and let her run in the field for a little bit. She had a blast. Got home and did some push-ups and sit ups. I really would like to get a bike and start riding to work on my cardio.
