I'd rather live...
in the dungeon of the naive,
who dwells in the morsel of wealth,
who knows little of the precepts
towards fame and honor,
who knows little of fads and fashions
of life's luxury and vanity;
but whose heart is gentle,
unblemished with deceit,

Than to live...
in the castle of the sage
who dwells in the bounty of silver and gold,
who knows all the tenets of sophistication
but whose heart is seared
with cynicism and pride,
whose words and deeds are but a bluff.
