“PRACTICE A PAUSE” WITH THE BREATHTAKING SUNRISE!
We were on our way for a hike in Carmen Cebu. But the weather was quite gray when we attempted to clim up to the hill. Thus, we relaxed and paused for a while due to the slippery road ahead.
I realized then that was an absolutely the best decision. Just looking and witnessing this sunrise surrounded by fog was worth enough! ♥️
Sometimes in life, we need a to appreciate a rest and pause to whatever we are doing. This doesn’t mean that we have to STOP, tho. We have to “Practice A Pause,” a pause to breathe, a pause to pray, a pause to appreciate before judging, working, assuming and/or accusing. It keeps the mind relax and be more productive.
