Holding my breath

In front of anxiety,
At the junction of alternatives,
Overtaken by confusion,
I would hold my breath,Close
my eyes,
I want my anguish and despair to be
still,
Accumulation of carbon,
Deprivation of oxygen,
I won't stop, till am done counting 1 to
10,
However, the aftermath
Is a quiet,deep and relaxed breath,
Having made my choice,
Now I have a reason to be calm..
