Abril en la memoria y en el dolor
en el cuerpo y el deseo
Abril de brisas, tolvaneras y calina
de sol que amanece en las paredes
Abril de nazarenos y nomeolvides
abriendo en los ocasos presagiosos
Abril de oraciones en el corazón
y cirios encendidos en el silencio
Abril de robles y apamates
de amarillos y lilas aromando
nuestras caídas almas
buscando paz y eternidad

April in memory and pain
in the body and desire
April of breezes, windstorms and haze
of sun that dawns on the walls
April of Nazarenes and forget-me-nots
opening the foreboding sunsets
April of prayers in the heart
and candles lit in the silence
April of oaks and apamates
of yellows and lilacs scenting
our fallen souls
seeking peace and eternity
