Empezamos a trotar para mejorar nuestro sistema cardiovascular y mejorar nuestra resistencia para así mejorar nuestro rendimiento, este trote duro al alrededor de 14 minutos, llevaba tiempo sin trotar y me sentí cansado en algunos puntos, sentía que no iba a poder llegar, pronto me pondré en mejor formar y compartiré con ustedes un trayecto mucho más largo.

We started jogging to improve our cardiovascular system and improve our endurance to improve our performance, this jog lasted about 14 minutes, I had not jogged for a long time and I felt tired at some points, I felt that I would not be able to get there, soon I will get in better shape and I will share with you a much longer run.
