On February 4, spaceX launched 60 new satellites of the Starling constellation from launch complex 40 of the space force station located in Cape Canaveral - Florida, the launch window was at 06:19 minutes of coordinated universal time.

Los satélites se enviaron al espacio gracias a un cohete falcón 9, cuya primera fase ya ha sido reciclada ya que voló en cuatro misiones anteriores, después de la separación esta primera fase aterrizó con éxito en el océano atlántico, sobre la nave o plataforma marina no tripulada que lleva el bonito nombre de “por supuesto que todavía te amo” en SpaceX son muy románticos.

Se calcula que antes del 2025 podría haber más de 18.000 satélites en órbita, y si al final se pusieran en órbita todas las constelaciones de satélites anunciadas, estaríamos hablando de decenas de miles de satélites y prácticamente todos ellos en la órbita terrestre baja.
Houston tenemos un problema, no hay sitio para todos, quien va a ganar esta batalla por la órbita terrestre baja, bien en la guerra quien ocupa antes la colina tiene una posición de ventaja por ello los que consigan desplegar ante sus constelaciones de satélites, tendrán más posibilidades de sobrevivir.
