Roadmap proposed by NASA for the study of UFOs

NASA in a public conference presents the results of its study on UFOs, these are the conclusions of the conference held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. 1. Ending the stigma: Dan Evans, head of NASA's science missions department, stressed the importance of removing the stigma surrounding the study of UFOs. He highlighted that understanding these phenomena offers a unique opportunity to expand our knowledge of the world around us. 2. Obtain quality data: Nicola Fox, head of NASA's science program, stressed the importance of obtaining quality data to study these phenomena. Many sightings lack key information to understand their nature. 3. Proposal for a roadmap: David Spergel, an astrophysicist and expert in UFO analysis, explained that the objective of this study is not to provide definitive answers about the nature of UFOs, but to offer a scientific guide for their study. This "road map" is expected to be presented in the final report, which will be ready at the end of July.

Cases Analyzed: Sean Kirkpatrick of the Pentagon described some cases analyzed in the report, noting that the lack of data makes it difficult to investigate these events, noting that most reported sightings occur in airspace, especially over the East and West coasts of the United States, the Middle East and East Asia. 5. Recommendations for the study: The experts proposed using advanced technologies, such as earth observation satellites and artificial intelligence techniques, to collect quality data. Sightings from Space: Astronaut Scott Kelly shared his experience of observing abnormal aerial phenomena from space, explaining how some of them can be attributed to atmospheric distortions. The final report will be published this summer.
