Nvidia will make the most advanced and detailed simulation ever.

The earth is warming, it is obvious, we experience extreme weather events, historic droughts, unprecedented heat waves, intense hurricanes, violent storms and catastrophic floods.

Every day it is more necessary to be able to predict the evolution of the climate to adopt the necessary measures in order to avoid or at least reduce the damage of natural disasters, in order to see the future climate in NVIDIA will create the supercomputer Earth 2 that will generate a simulation digital planet capable of predicting the evolution of the climate decades in advance.

The problem with climate simulations is that they are configured today with resolutions of 10 to 100 kilometers but a higher resolution is needed to model changes in the global water cycle or simulate clouds.
