A partial success for Intuitive Machines

If the starship is knocked down it would mean death for the astronauts traveling in it. Another problem is that the Odysseus landed very far from the planned point, it should have landed in the Malapert A crater about 300 km from the lunar South Pole, but it did. in the Schomberger crater 200 km away from the planned landing site. And this is a very problematic issue for NASA, since NASA and all the agencies that are integrated into the Artemis program not only want to return to the moon, their objective is to establish a permanent presence on it and the intuitive machines mission is part of it. of a plan to create a supply line to supply that future lunar base, so imagining that you are the astronauts of that base and that the supply ship ends up landing 200 km away it would be impossible to go pick them up. Precision landings must be fine-tuned to do so only a few dozen meters from the base, otherwise the base will be doomed.
