Do you have a strategy for MagicDice?
MagicDice is a dice game on the Steem blockchain. And because it is on a blockchain and everything is transparent, you can actually go and see the @magicdice bank account.
During the week-end their bank account was at 8'000 STEEM and right now over 9'000. So you can see that the odds might be against you. But it is quite fun nonetheless.
One more thing I appreciate on top of seeing their STEEM reserve and every transactions done on the blockchain is that you can also verify the dice roll process if you want to.
I have been playing quite a bit. Didn't loose much, even won a few steems. But I must be honest and tell you I lost quite a few steem at some point and had to go heavy to get them back.
Top Winners tab
Fortunately it was a winning roll. It was quite heavy (334 STEEM) but with a fair chance of 82% success. With this roll I made it into the Top Winners tab. But for how long?
My strategy is simple. I try to win a little with moderate percentage of success and then in case of failure, stop or try to save the lost amount with a heavy roll with a big chance of success. Rinse and repeat.
You have to be aware that you could loose quite a lot if you try to win back a loosing streak. Also because there is an upper limit of 400 STEEM on the payout, at some point you cannot increase the payout enough to get back your bet money.
Good luck!
