Shin Detonator Magazine featuring Elbow Sisters

The video footage is editing a magazine I made about Shin Detonator. The music is an old band I was in called Elbow Sisters. I also played this song, the first one, in my first proper band, 2 out of 3 Rule under the name Less the Long Ride on Your Bend. As usual, a meaningless set of words that were the first that came out my mouth, sounded good and just about make some sense. The main riff for this song was the first I ever wrote that I ended up keeping. I wrote it when I was 14, six months after I started playing guitar. The magazine only ever made it to a few physical copies, all of which I think I gave away. If I can find the digital file I might get some more printed one day. Shin Detonator was the only full length novel I've written. A surreal tale of an underground community living under the soil of my old school in Windsor. Elbow Sisters was a band my ex-wife Shelley and I did. We briefly had a bass player and drummer towards the end, but for the most part, it was just Shelley and I.
