Sunday on the Rambla
During my trip to Uruguay I was able to visit one of the most emblematic places in Montevideo. It is La Rambla, a coastal strip of more than twenty kilometers.
Believe it or not, the coast is not a sea, it is the Rio La Plata. This is the river shared by Uruguay and Argentina. At the moment we are in winter so there are not many people on the beach.
Many sports are practiced there, among them football and volleyball. It has a pedestrian walkway along the coastal strip where people run from early in the morning.
