BitcoinAsere, cryptocurrency event in Cuba

Hello friends. I want to share with you some photos of the BitcoinAsere event held on Friday, September 2.

The event was organized with the aim of promoting among Cubans the blockchain technologies, the use of bitcoin and other technologies of the Crypto ecosystem like Hive.

It was held in one of the best places in Cuba in charge of promoting culture, La Grabrica de Arte Cubano.

Several conferences were programmed. The opening of the event was in charge of the Cuban influencer Erich Gracias, promoter of the crypto world in Cuba. This was followed by the presentation of The History of Money, where a historical overview was made from the trade of products to the use of cryptocurrencies today.

Another of the conferences was dedicated to Bitcoin and the Blockchain, where it was simulated interactively with the audience the operation of a transaction and the work of miners. This was followed by a conference on decentralized finance and security.

Web 3 and Hive had their space in the event, more and more Cubans are joining this ecosystem. Several of the Blockchain applications were presented, the advantages they can offer to Cubans and the HiveCuba community was also presented.

Other conferences were dedicated to cryptocurrency trading and the use of the Bot lnp2pbot in Cuba.

The conferences ended with a presentation where advice was given to people who are going to enter this world, airdrops were made using Lightning Network and practical demonstrations.

The activities culminated with a big party in this famous cultural center.
