Actifit Report 200223: Finally

So i knew we were going to the park yesterday and i'd likely have something to share.

I have been busy working this winter and haven't been as diligent with my activity during that time.

We packed a lunch and took the kids to the river park. Sat and had a nice lunch then headed to the playground.

Took some time there then we walked to the other playground. Same park just at the other end of the trail.

The kids went on the swings, raced up the slides, fell down the slides and walked through the trees.

After we hit both playgrounds we took the trail around the park over to the river.

Some people were fishing and others just throwing rocks and looking for beach glass.

A pretty easy way to kill a couple of hours with the kiddos.
