D.Buzz challenge >> Breakfast ( ROUND 117 )

Sometimes when I wake up in the morning, I will stay for an hour or two before taking a breakfast, sometimes i will go with noodles but mostly I prefer tea and bread, they was a day I skipped breakfast in the morning, I hate myself that day, just like everyone would like to know their exact body reactions if they missed breakfast, I did and it didn't seems so good on me.

I bet you if you see the show of myself, I tried to remains calm but it was there, it shows for everyone to see that something is wrong with me, I was far from home, I accompanied my friend who called me very early in the morning to a mechanic shop, he needed my help and I answered him, when I met with him he takes me to far away place.

It was only when i ate in a nearby restaurant that i was okay, I could talk normal again, my friend was just looking at me, he realized, I hardly respond if I skip breakfast in the morning, when the mechanic finished With his car, we drive home, that was the first day he knows where I lived.

I took him home and when he see the trees in my environment, he said he loves the trees, planted on the other lane of the house.

I can stay without lunch but to talk of dinner and breakfast, I do not think I can stay without those two, breakfast is the energy we an never dared to missed in the morning.

Just as the sun splashed into our bed, showing us to wake up, breakfast need to be prepared to maintain the day, any attempt to skip it, one will begin to loose health.
