A non-competitive battlefield is boring | Splinterlands

It is uncommon to have days when I get paired with lesser competitive opponents, in the process of completing my daily Focus most of the opponents I came up against were level summoners.

I accumulated 14 daily Focus chests in the process, I am thankful for the easy day on the battlefield considering I have been extremely busy offline lately the last thing I want to deal with is tough opponents which would result in more time on the battlefield trying to accumulate chests.

The battle log accommodates 20 results of battles, my current log shows I drew one out of 20, so 19 battles won, and am sure I had the previous battles field with won battles as well, if I have to estimate I think I won about 30 win streak of battles.

I had to stop battling at some point it became boring that be battling against level 1 summoners, while my summoners are at level 4. I only way paired against a level 2 summoner opponent a few times.

This goes to tell, if the game is non-competitive like this on the battlefield, it is going to be boring. Coming up against opponents with the same summoner level or higher is what gives fun and excitement to the game, the losses and victories against stronger opponents are the sources of fun.

Would I want such a day on the battlefield where am paired against weaker opponents? Yes for chest accumulation, and after that may the opponents on steroids come my way.
