En esta ocasión comparto con todos ustedes la rutina de Front Lever SAT y Front Lever Touch que realice este día , son ejercicios muy exigentes así que está vez realice el entrenamiento con ayuda de una banda elástica para así rendir mucho más tiempo y ejecutar muy bien los ejercicios.
Aki les estaré dejando la rutina para los que quieran intentar y mejorar en sus entrenamientos.
1#. Front Lever SAT + Front Lever Touch 4 repeticiones
2#. Front Lever abierto con subida a press 4 repeticiones
3#. Front Lever Touch + pull up 4 repeticiones
4#. Front Lever Touch + pull up con asistencia de banda elástica 4 repeticiones
5#. Front Lever SAT con asistencia de elástica 4 repeticiones .
