Girls should be allowed to grow naturally and graciously.

I've been in situations as an adolescent where I was seen as a bad person because I either didn't understand or didn't want to be associated with the so called adult lifestyle.
I was always like "mhan! you're moving too fast for my liking and I can't hop on with you".

To be honest, if I had joined or tried to be part of it, I would have been regretting it.
So, I'm not ashamed to say I let myself grow naturally even when the words of people against me hurt me deeply; people who knew the life and wanted me to join. Some of which are victims to the circle too.
Even when their words cut deep, I still chose to stand my ground.

I naturally outgrew alot of childhood things and character and matured graciously.

When you decide to forcefully take things like this from a human being, it leaves a space that the person will fill in the future.
And this filling could be painful and devastating.
This is because when you're supposed to be acting or being matured, you are acting very childish.
Unfortunately, you had spend the years you should have been childish to be matured. Maturity that you didn't need. Maturity that the society forced on you.

It's so sad.
So sad.
