My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2026 : Happy New Week

I just realized it's been a while I published my report.

My weekend was so choked up, I had lots to do especially some research work, this even made me not to sleep on Saturday night.

So, my Sunday was somehow and also a continuation of it because I had to finish up with the paperwork against Monday.

Truthfully, I had lots of lined up work to do on Monday and it was already overwhelming for me during the weekend in preparation for it.

This even made me to come a bit late to work on Monday.

But I wasn't really late, so I didn't miss anything and it rained afterwards, though this didn't hinder us carrying out the activities for the day.

At the end of the day, everything went well and I was able to survive the heat of the day in one piece.

When I got home I noticed it didn't rain at my end, and the weather started changing as if it was getting to our side turn.

I needed veggies from the market, which I quickly went and got it.

Then I prepared and ate early dinner, I was already feeling headache.

So, I helped myself to drink enough water, showered and slept off.

I needed rest, my body is already giving me signs.
