Feeding parakeets at the Birmingham Zoo.

A few weeks ago I went to the Montgomery Zoo with a young lady friend of mine. One of the fun activities there is a parakeet encounter. You can buy bird seed on a stick for $2 and feed the little fellows. And of course I bought a stick for both of us. The Nashville Zoo has a similar encounter but you have little cups of nectar
