Umm... Look what I found... Odd Start to the Day

At first I was hesitant to even look inside, I’m inside an 8 foot tall chain link fence at the water treatment plant. Why am I there, I am marking some underground electric cables that is what I am doing. But the main question is, What is this purse doing here??

My guess is someone either stole it or found it and rummaged through it then ditched it over the fence. So I cautiously opened it up and checked for some type of way to identify whose purse this is. Luckily I found and ID. So I finished what I was doing took the purse and loaded it in the truck and took it to the Police Department. They should be able to find out who’s purse this is.

After telling a fellow co-worker, I’m feeling s bit creeped out. He started saying, “Then the lady has been reported missing and was recently found dead, then you show up with her purse” Great now I’m am thinking about all the movies I have watched where the guy is completely innocent but the circumstances are stacked against him and he dang near kills himself trying to prove his innocence. Oh ya, the movie The Fugitive that was a good one. I just thought I would share something interesting that happened this morning.
