Impresion Serigrafica / Screen Printing (ES/EN)

Buenos días gente de las comunidades el día de hoy les quería hablar sobre la serigrafía la cual es una técnica de impresión que te permite imprimir sobre distintas cosas. Actualmente estoy estudiando en una universidad y en una de las materia me asignaron hacer una serigrafía de un insecto sobre una camisa.

Good morning people of the communities today I wanted to talk about screen printing which is a printing technique that allows you to print on different things. I am currently studying at a university and in one of the subjects I was assigned to do a silkscreen printing of an insect on a shirt.

Para hacer la serigrafía necesitamos un marco de madera tamaño oficio o un poco más grande, tela de dopiovelo la cual es una tela bastante delgada que se usa más que todo para la elaboración de cortinas, esta tela la debemos fijar con grapas al marco, también usaremos pintura del color que más nos guste, una paleta para desplazar la pintura y la franela en la cual haremos la impresión.

To make the silkscreen we need a wooden frame size office or a little larger, dopiovelo fabric which is a fairly thin fabric that is used mostly for the development of curtains, this fabric must be fixed with staples to the frame, we will also use the color paint that we like, a palette to move the paint and flannel on which we will make the impression.

Primero tenemos que buscar el diseño que haremos en la camiseta, luego dibujamos o imprimimos esta imagen en una cartulina, luego con un bisturí cortaremos la imagen con mucho cuidado para no dañarla y también para no cortarnos.

First we have to find the design that we will make on the T-shirt, then we draw or print this image on a cardboard, then with a scalpel we will cut the image very carefully so as not to damage it and also not to cut ourselves.

La franela la colocaremos sobre una base la cual nos tiene que permitir extender y prensar la franela para que la impresión quede bien.

We will place the flannel on a base which has to allow us to extend and press the flannel so that the print is well.

Después colocaremos el molde de la imagen en la zona de la franela donde queramos la impresión, seguidamente colocaremos el marco de madera con la tela sobre la franela y el molde, primero va la franela, luego el molde de cartulina y por último va el marco con la tela.

Then we will place the mold of the image in the area of the flannel where we want the print, then we will place the wooden frame with the fabric on the flannel and the mold, first goes the flannel, then the cardboard mold and finally goes the frame with the fabric.

Luego le agregamos la pintura en la parte superior o inferior de la tela sin tocar el diseño, después esparciremos la pintura con una paleta de plástico por el molde del diseño que realizamos anteriormente, en este paso hay que ser rápido y cuidadoso para que la impresión quede bien y listo tendríamos nuestra serigrafía lista.

Then we add the paint on the top or bottom of the fabric without touching the design, then we will spread the paint with a plastic palette by the mold of the design that we made previously, in this step we must be quick and careful so that the printing is well and ready we would have our silkscreen ready.

También le podemos agregar más colores con acuarelas pero tendremos que esperar a que la impresión se seque completamente para no dañarla si no tienen acuarelas pueden utilizar pinturas al frio pero tienen que diluirla un poco con agua para que la pintura no quede tan espesa y sea fácil de aplicar.

We can also add more colors with watercolors but we will have to wait for the print to dry completely to avoid damaging it, if you do not have watercolors you can use cold paints but you have to dilute it a little with water so that the paint is not so thick and easy to apply.
