Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. In this opportunity I will share with you some pictures of me doing dynamics.

Mi elemento favorito son los dinámicos, me he esforzado mucho para tener el nivel que tengo en dinámicos, a veces frustra no tener cerca una buena barra para entrenar en comodidad y sacar todo el nivel al 100%, con esta barra que tengo es difícil agarrarle confianza y acostumbrase a ella, de igual manera busco la manera de poder entrenar para seguir mejorando mi nivel en dinámicos y resistencia.
