Thai Beef Noodles Soup
“Kuai Tiao” is Thai for “noodles” This Thai beef noodle soup recipe is one of my absolute favorite Thai soups. It’s also pretty easy to make at home though.
Kuai Tiao Neua (Thai beef noodle soup).The noodles and soup are light and refreshing, making a perfect 1 bowl meal on even the hottest summer day. Back in the Emerald Coast, there’s a Thai Buddhist temple off Fort Walton Beach in Mayflower that makes a $7.00 big bowl of noodles on Sundays that is indistinguishable from something you’d get from a street vendor in Bangkok and seen it on food channel network ,Every time I’m home I stop by at the temple.
Ingredients
Super thinly sliced sheets of raw beef round seasoned with a little garlic powder and fish sauce
beef balls (optional)
beef blood
Chinese celery
Bean sprouts
Scallions
Cilantro
Asian basil (purple stems)
Fried garlic and shallots in oil
Chicharon (optional )
