Que es un movimiento fundamental de la CAPOEIRA,
y el cual debes aprender de forma fluida, al principio parece fácil, pero solo es cuestión de análisis y estudio.

Which is a fundamental movement of the CAPOEIRA,

1 - Pierna adelantada va semi flexionada.

1 - Leg forward goes semi-flexed.

2 - Ambos pies apuntan al frente.

2 - Both feet point forward.

3 - La pierna que va hacia atrás, nos ayuda al impulso de regreso.

3 - The leg that goes backwards,
helps us in the return impulse.

4 - Asegurar que nuestra espalda, está completamente recta.

4 - Ensure that our back is completely straight.

5 - Asegurar que estamos completamente de frente.

5 - Make sure that we are completely straight ahead.

6 - La mano que va adelantada y que cubre nuestro rostro, es la contraría a la pierna que va adelantada.

6 - The hand that goes forward and covers our face is the opposite of the leg that goes forward.

7 - La mano o brazo superior a nuestra pierna adelantada, cubre nuestro costado.

Ha esto llamamos BASE DE GINGA.

LA GINGA

Significa: Balancearse.

Means: To swing.

Es la posición básica de la CAPOEIRA, de ella salen todos los movimientos, está compuesta por BASE de GINGA y PARALELA.
