Hola amigos de #SWC Ayer entrene un poco mis giros para mejorarlos en el agrupe más que todo de mis piernas ya que no me gusta como estaba girando.

Luego de mejorar el agrupe en mi 360, practique swing 720 lo sentí más cómodo al girar y me agrupe mas tiempo y eso me ayudo a volver a girar el 720 completo en un intento casi lo agarro.

Después hice varios intentos del supra 540 y todavía me da batalla este truco no hice muchos intentos ya que es un truco muy lesivo en dónde afecta mucho mis hombros.

Hi #SWC friends Yesterday I trained a little bit my turns to improve them in the bunching mostly from my legs as I don't like how I was turning.

After improving the bunching on my 360, I practiced swing 720 I felt it more comfortable turning and I bunch longer and that helped me get back to turning the full 720 on one attempt I almost caught it.

Then I made several attempts of the supra 540 and I still struggle with this trick, I did not make many attempts as it is a very injurious trick where it affects my shoulders a lot.
